Mena Alexandera is an American model, actress and fashion designer. She was born on 13 February 1979. When she began her career as a model, she moved into acting, after starring as a guest on 90's show on TV, such as Boy Meets World and High Incident. In 1997, she made her debut as an actor in the film Nowhere. The performances she made were in American Beauty, for which she received a BAFTA Award nomination and American Pie attracted a lot of recognition. She appeared in 2000 in American Pie alongside American Pie co star Jason Biggs. She then played the lead role on the film Sugar & Spice (2002). In 2002, she was a part in Spun the independent drama as well as 2004's thriller Trauma. In addition, she was a part of the HBO television drama Six Feet Under. The series was on in 2004. She was also cast in Days of the Dead, The Mysteries of Pittsburgh, and in the film adaptation of The Garden of Eden. Suvari has been a model for Lancome cosmetics as well as print ads for Lancome Paris Adaptive and was featured on numerous fashion magazines and blogs such as Vogue.
