Lisa Edelstein has been an American actor for more than twenty years. Her most famed role is for her role as a character in House in the series House on Fox. Following her upbringing by Jewish conservatives in Wayne, New York City was where she set her sights to study theater at Tisch. However, very quickly she began to be active in the club scene and made enough noise to be seen by the media and simultaneously, she became conscious of the devastating effects of AIDS. In the end, she teamed her talent and fame with her writing and composing skills to produce a play called Positive Me. The first time she was hired, she got her first position on MTV as presenter of Awake on The Wild Side shortly after. Once the program was over, she went on to work in movies and television productions. She started with tiny roles and then established herself slowly as an actor.
